Q: What happened to your eBay store?
A: eBay decided to surcharge me on every transaction due to the mistakes of others, so as of now, I have closed my store. Perhaps temporarily, we’ll see.

Q: How do I know this site isn’t a scam?
A: Take a look at my eBay feedback. (eBay ID desert-ice-sports). I’ve been selling on eBay since 2003 and have flawless feedback.

Q: So, why should I buy items here instead of on eBay?
A: Because all of my items are cheaper here and you have the same buyer’s protections that you get on eBay. Take a look at ‘My Guarantee’ for details. If you’d rather buy my items on eBay and pay a bit more, that’s fine too.

Q: What happens if I’m not happy with my purchase? Can I return it?
A: Yes, you can. Take a look at my Return Policy for details.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! I offer free ground shipping on Domestic orders $300 or more if you pay with Zelle, AppleCash, cashier’s checks, personal checks or money orders… I’ll also ship domestic orders free if you send a wire transfer… Payment with Zelle, AppleCash and wire transfers are NOT available through standard checkout… Please click ‘Contact Us’ and either email or text me to set up payment through one of these methods.

Q: Do you offer free shipping to Canada?
A: Possibly, on high-dollar orders… I’m working on finalizing these terms, so please contact me and we’ll work something out.

Q: What happens if my item gets lost in the mail? Am I out of luck?
A: No. If your item gets lost in the mail, I’ll refund your payment. That’s part of My Guarantee that you’ll always get the item you pay for.

Q: What happens if my order is held by customs in my country and they’re asking for duties, taxes or something else?
A: You must coordinate with customs to work out whatever they’re asking for. I will not pay your taxes, duties or incur any other expense associated with the purchase. If customs will not resolve the issue, you should ask them to return the package to sender. If this happens, as long as the item or items are delivered to me exactly as they were sent, I’ll refund your purchase, minus any applicable credit card fees and original and/or return shipping. If customs seizes your package due to any action or non-action by you, (this has never happened to me), the package will be considered delivered, and you will receive no refund whatsoever. If you’re in a foreign country, please work out any potential customs issues BEFORE purchasing from me.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept credit cards, money orders, personal checks (held until they clear), cashier’s checks, wire transfers, Zelle, and AppleCash… Cash is accepted for in-person transactions… Sorry, I do not accept PayPal.

Q: If I send you a money order, will you ship right away?
A: Only if it’s a US Postal Money Order (available at any post office)… I treat those the same as cash; all other money orders are held for up to 10 days

Q: Do you guarantee the authenticity of the item I bought?
A: Yes. I guarantee that all graded cards are exactly as advertised, with unaltered slabs. I also guarantee the authenticity of all autographs and memorabilia through third-party LOAs. If you have a problem with something you buy from me, contact me immediately and we will resolve the problem.

Q: How quickly do you ship?
A: If I’m in town, I will ship the same day or the following day after I receive cleared payment. Please take a look at my Show Schedule to determine if I’m out of town. If same or next day shipping is imperative, please use the ‘Contact Us’ before purchasing and I’ll let you know exactly when your item will be shipped.

Q: Will you ship to countries other than the US and Canada?
A: Yes, but that’s determined on a case by case basis. Contact me for details.

Q: If I’m interested in multiple items, will you discount your prices?
A: Possibly. Send me a message through the ‘Contact Us’ link, let me know exactly what you’re interested in, and I’ll get back to you with my best price.

Q: Are the items for sale here in stock? Are some of them backordered or dropshipped?
A: ALL items in my inventory are in stock. I do not backorder or dropship. On a rare occasion, I may have an item listed that was sold on another platform and not removed yet, but I try very hard to minimize this.

Q: You have an item on here priced at $1000. Will you take $150 for it?
A: No
